How do I order a customized product?

Immediately after placing the order, click on the chat icon (dialogue box) that appears next to the store name, thus opening a direct chat with the seller.
If you do not send immediately, the seller may send the product without the name/picture!

If the name(s) you want to send to the seller are in Hebrew, it is always a good idea to attach a file with the name to prevent errors.
In any case, from my experience, I always ask the seller for a sketch for approval and that's how I see that the inscription is correct.
